Headed by Robert L. Bradley, Ph.D., SRPA and George L. "Ford" Bradley, MAI, SRA, we have been providing real estate appraisals in the Houston area as well as nationally for three decades. The members of our fourteen appraiser staff are familiar with all types of properties ranging from single-family dwellings, condominiums, and townhomes to the larger industrial and commercial properties including land, single-family developments, warehouses, retail centers and office buildings.
We are proud members of Greater Houston Builders Association, Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, CCIM, ACRP, and our principals are professionally designated by the Appraisal Institute.

With a fully staffed office, we cover Harris and all adjacent counties including Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria, and Galveston. This includes Galveston Island. Each of our appraisers specializes in a specific area of town. No matter what part of the city the property is in , it's like having an appraiser right in your own backyard. We specialize in proposed construction, new home mortages, and existing home mortgage appraisals. We offer standard three to five day turn-araound times and "rush" appraisal are available as necessary! Fees are competitive and negotiated on volume rates.
